An organic shape inspired by pebbles smoothed down by water and wind, plied from stainless steel via a complex manufacturing process. Its name emphasises its main feature: “forma” means “shape” in Italian. A pattern of asymmetrical holes allows for the cheese to be grated and sprinkled unevenly, giving a unique texture to any dish.
