Grapefruit is a special fruit that is not easy to cut. To help you taste it, we have designed a grapefruit knife that is perfect for removing its skin without difficulty!

The particularity of this French-made knife comes from its blade, slightly curved, which perfectly fits the shape of your fruit. Its small size allows it not to damage the inside of the grapefruit when opening it. The micro-serrations make it easier to cut between the flesh and the skin.

Our colourful knife is handcrafted in the workshops of Claude Dozorme, Master Craftsman and Cutler. They are available in 19 colours and can be combined with all our products of the same range.

Our grapefruit knife consists of a stainless steel rivet and a half-silk blade with heat treatment. 

The X46Cr13 stainless steel that we use in our manufacturing workshop is a very high quality material. Its rockwell hardness is between 54 and 56 HCR.

Equipped with a acrylic handle, it is available in nineteen different colours. Choose the one that corresponds to your knife service or try new daring combinations!

For purists looking for authenticity, we offer a version of this wooden knife (exotic wood or olive wood).

The citrus knife is dishwasher-safe to save you time and energy.

All our handcrafted products are made in France. Each stage, from the design of the model to its assembly, is carried out in our workshop.
