From time to time there may be information on our Web site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing and availability. Luxurious Interiors reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind every product we sell and we make things right if you are not satisfied. Our products are carefully inspected before leaving our store, but in the event there is any problem simply follow the instructions below.
Returns are accepted on all items except special orders* and sale items. Please inspect your purchase and its packaging within 2 days of receipt. If for some reason there is a damage or a defect, please notify us immediately at 941-485-0319 or email us. Unless damaged or defective, all items purchased on our website must be returned to the store at your expense via UPS or mail within 14 days of receipt for a refund or credit. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Damaged or defective items need not be returned and will be replaced. We will only issue a refund or credit for damaged or defective merchandise we are unable to replace.
*A special order is defined as an item which is not on our regular stock.
